Peach Sesame Vinaigrette


Peach-Sesame Vinaigrette
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and unpeeled
  • 4 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar, seasoned
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds, plus 4 Tbsp. for garnish
Mix peach, oils, honey and vinegar in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and add the sesame seeds. Chill for an hour before serving.
