Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar (you can do half of each and mix)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb firm tofu, herb flavored, cubed or crumbled
- serves 16
Mix all ingredients together. Add the tofu and let it stand for atleast one hour, the longer it sits the more flavor it absorbs. You can leave it cubed or you can crumble it.
