Fire Roasted Tomato Soup

One large onion (half in sautee and half roasted)
1 T Garlic
4 carrots
1 costco can tomatoes
2 t basil
1 t galic salt
1 t cracked pepper
2 t salt
1 t red peper flakes
4 c water
2 lg cubes chicken bouillon

Saute onion and garlic in pan

Roast carrots and onions in oven

Add tomatoes water and spices to onions - cook down

Blend carrots and onions - add to tomatoes

Blend all

eat!
