Banana Pancakes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4c teaspoons white sugar or honey
1 c skim or soy milk
1/2 c oats
2 small ripe bananas, , finely chopped
Do the obvious and stir all the ingredients together and cook. This is really easy and they are very tasty and pretty healthy too! The consistency is sticky on the griddle, so make sure to spray a lot of cooking spray each time you add pancakes.
